The systems that enabled this company to secure ISO 9001 accreditation mean those clients are guaranteed performance with accurate reporting and invoicing. We now host our own Client-Web and access and input is made through secure links directly via the internet. Secure pin numbers are allocated to both creditor and debtor.
The company is ISO 14001 accredited which clearly demonstrates our commitment to the environment. This means we have better management of environmental risks, now and in the future, provide increased access to new customers and business partners, demonstrate legal and regulatory compliance, can potentially reduce public liability insurance costs and benefit everyone with the overall cost savings: in terms of consumption, waste and recycling. ISO 14001 is totally compatible with ISO 9001.
The company is now accredited to ISO 27001 which means that our Clients can be even more confident that we can manage and minimise threats to any information and data. ISO 27001 is the new name for BS 7799 and is an internationally-recognised certificate for evaluating how securely an organisation manages and stores its information and data. This certification means that the company has set up an Information Security Management System (ISMS) which provides a systematic approach to managing and protecting our computers and data.
The company has full technical IT support through Capita IT - and in effect they manage the hardware and software of the company via a full maintenance and support contract.
An implementation process will allow us to provide specific 'tailor-made' reports on whatever timescale Local Authorities wish.
Ross & Roberts are prepared to originate all relevant IT systems to allow the client access to its files via secure applications, with cases available to be viewed on-line at all times. A payment screen on the Client Web is always readily available to inform both creditor and debtor of the exact amount due at the time of enquiry - access would be via allocated secure pin numbers.
The company is happy to provide monthly or weekly management reports depending on Client requirements.
