Ross & Roberts Ltd are a company well established in the UK. We have successfully delivered professional Bailiff and Warrant Officer Services in these regions since the company's formation in 1997. We are a progressive organisation, which combines regional knowledge, traditional enforcement and personal service with a flexible approach. The company has built up a customer base which includes over 80 local authorities on reputation, performance and personal touch and deal with over 150,000 warrants and liability orders per annum.
All directors are involved in running the business on a day to day basis and are always available to deal with operational queries from clients. Between them they have many years of experience in the debt collection industry.
The company has regional offices that are ideally situated to serve the whole of the UK with our head office in Somerton in Somerset and our other offices are in Hampshire, Kent, Birmingham, Devon and Wales.
All of our Enforcement Officers are salaried; employed locally and are supervised by a Bailiff Manager who will live in the vicinity and be responsible for specific areas. All enforcement officers and authorised personnel are allocated to a local authority(s) and will work with them to ensure a quality and efficient service.
Flexibility is something we feel is very important in dealing with a contract. Each case passed to us is treated individually and the circumstances are looked at before determining the best way to take action. We do not restrict the number of visits to three in dealing with liability orders. This is determined by the circumstances of the case and the best way forward to collect the outstanding monies.
Our philosophy is to work in partnership with our clients. We see it as a two-way pact. Communication is paramount to guarantee the smooth running of the contract and also, by working closely together; we can understand precisely the requirements to ensure the development of the service and importantly, obtain a higher collection rate. We will work with our clients to customise the service and to make sure that the best possible flow of information is being received both ways. Our aim is to work in partnership to provide a quality service which delivers and meets the needs of the client, maximises collection and minimises complaints.
