Client Web & Reports
All of our clients have access to our computer system to track the progress of their own cases. Clients can only view their own cases.
We provide access at no cost to our clients providing you have internet access. No hardware or software to install at our clients site – clients just use their standard PCs and a web browser. Each client is given a secure pin number and password to access the system. Clients will be able to add notes, alter debts, place cases on hold or have them returned.
All of the information received and sent is encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption. SSL encryption is the technology used to protect on-line banking, share trading and payment systems all over the world. With our obligations under the Data Protection Act our clients want to know that they can send cases electronically safe in the knowledge that the information cannot be eavesdropped and that messages sent to you are secure.
This system (Client Web) is used now successfully by over 30 Ross and Roberts clients.
Ross and Roberts provide a full range of reports and statistical analysis that is available to our clients to assist in the management of the debt recovery process. They can be produced and supplied to our clients to a required specification either/or provided in an ad hoc format as and when needed by our clients. Alternatively, they can run reports themselves from the Company’s computer system via the web browser.
Weekly and monthly reconciliation reports are sent electronically to the client, and the client has the ability to monitor the performance and status of each case through the Ross and Roberts Client Web software.
Reports can be provided weekly, fortnightly, and monthly or whatever time period agreed.
Examples of the variety of reports provided are as follows:
- Status Report,
- Case Listings (returns),
- Summary Report,
- Payments Received Report,
- Direct Payments Received Report.
With all collection remittances sent to you, whether it is by cheque or automatic bank transfer, an invoice together with a number of reports will be sent to you under headings below:
- Paid in Full,
- Part Payments,
- Cases Returned for whatever reason, i.e. Absconded, Nulla Bona, Requested retuned, etc.
