Adrian Lardner, was employed for 30 years at Torbay Council, always in a Revenues and Benefit environment, and when he left he was the Deputy Head for Customer Contact with 128 staff. At Torbay, Adrian's duties covered all income collection, benefit fraud and processing; he and the customer call centre gained an ILM level 5 Mangement Qualification. Adrian enjoys exceptional people skills and is excited to develop the staff at
Ross & Roberts' Torquay Office and ensure they become the best performing office within the company! Adrian is also very competitive.
