Ray Hatchard, IRRV Tech is the Client Services and Operations Director. He has recently joined the company, having over 31 years experience in local government and the debt recovery industry. He was not only responsible for the recovery of Council Tax, Business Rate and Sundry Debtors, but also Housing Rents and Penalty Charge Notices. He is currently chairman of the IRRV Wessex Association. His role within the company is to develop the company's portfolio, together with looking at customer service initiatives and requirements.
