Mr Steve Roberts Consultant, has been a certificated bailiff since 1993, and is ex-financial services. Previously Steve was the bailiff manager for a national bailiff company, and subsequently was offered a directorship prior to forming Ross & Roberts in 1997. He is on the Professional Standards Management Committee (PSCM) of ACEA. Steve's consultancy role still gives him overall client supervision and any areas of concern are reported to him.
