Mr Steve Roberts Managing Director, MESA, has been a certificated bailiff since 1993, and is ex-financial services. Previously Steve was the bailiff manager for a national bailiff company, and subsequently was offered a directorship prior to forming Ross and Roberts in 1997. He is a Member of the Executive Council of ESA. Steve will have overall client supervision and any areas of concern are reported to him.
