Please note that this online questionnaire will be treated as private and confidential, and the information contained within, will be for the use of Ross & Roberts Management only.

Your comments will be noted, however please note that we will not respond to online complaints.

Section 1 - If you had contact with the bailiff would you describe their attitude as:

Please give the date of the bailiff visit and the name of the enforcement officer, if you are able:


1. Did the bailiff produce ID when they came to your property?


2. Was the reason for this visit explained?


3. Did the enforcement officer explain the reason for a levy?


4. Did the enforcement officer explain the reason for the walking possession?


5. Did the enforcement officer leave documentation detailing the relevant legislation and costs relating to distress? Only answer this question if a levy took place during the visit.


6. Has the enforcement officer explained all the charges including levy fees?


7. Has the enforcement officer explained you may incur a further fee if you default?


8. If goods have not been removed on this visit was it explained to you that if you default again goods will be removed? Only answer if the visit relates to a default of a payment arrangement.

9. If goods have been removed have you been left with a detailed inventory?


10. If money was paid to the enforcement officer was an official receipt signed and left with you?


11. Was an arrangement letter given, with the details of the arrangement explained?


12. Were the methods of payment available explained?

1. Did the enforcement officer discuss your case with anyone else?


2. Were documents left in a sealed envelope and addressed clearly to yourself?


3. Was the name and telephone number of the enforcement officer clearly printed on the paperwork that was left?

4. If you sent payments to our office and you enclosed a self addressed stamped envelope, were you sent a receipt?


5. If you wrote a letter to our offices, did you receive a response within 10 working days?
